The thin one for June to September, or all year in a flat that never drops below 20 °C.
Choose a size first.
A summer-weight duvet with a 90 % goose down fill and almost nothing to it: around 180 grams of fill per square metre in a baffle-box shell, so the down can loft rather than being pressed flat by the stitching. It is the duvet for warm bedrooms, warm sleepers and the months when a sheet is not quite enough.
Down is the lightest fill there is and also the one that needs the most looking after. Shake it every morning, air it at an open window once a week, and it will stay lofty for a decade. Left flat and unaired it clumps within a season.

The page said it would be heavier than down and it is. I like that; my partner does not. Thirty nights was enough to find out which of us was buying the next one.
Bought on the tog number rather than the words and got exactly the warmth I expected. First time that has happened with bedding bought online.
Took a star off because the drawbacks listed are all real. Kept it anyway, because they were listed.

Order the width of the mattress, not the bed frame. Skirts fit a mattress 18 to 35 cm deep. Two singles pushed together need two protectors, not one double.
The size is the diameter. A 20 cm shade suits a lamp base up to 25 cm tall; 25 cm up to 40 cm; 30 cm for anything taller or on the floor.
